Here at Cindy Fuller Home, we take the environment very seriously. We believe in offering our products as, holistically, organically and as naturally as possible. And you will never find us sitting still; we are constantly on the go sourcing new eco-friendly products. Our products are an ideal option for the eco-sensitive consumer seeking a combination of vintage design style and an environmentally friendly approach.
How soon can I receive my goods?
If all items are in stock, your order should be sent out within 24 hours of it being received, so it should arrive with you within 3 days. However if you need it immediately, your parcel maybe sent by next day delivery.
We send most products via Royal Mail. Please ensure you give an address where there will be someone present between 8am to 6pm to receive your parcel. You might find it easier to give your work address. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day, and should arrive with you on the next working day.
If there are issues with supply, you will be contacted to advise you of any delay. If you have specific delivery requirements please complete your purchase then contact us between 9am and 6pm weekdays we will do our very best, depending on availability etc, to accommodate you.

We always try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, however please keep in mind our environmental ethos and commitment to lowering our carbon footprint and for that reason we would like you to know, just what goes into our packing!
OUR BOXES
Our corrugated boxes are made from 65% post-consumer waste brown board.
OUR PACKING PEANUTS
Our peanuts are derived from organic material (wheat Starch) and are environmentally friendly, water soluble, biodegradable packing peanuts they provide for easy disposal after use, reducing pressure on landfill sites.
TISSUE PAPER
Our tissue paper is 100% recycled post-consumer waste and is chlorine free.
BUBBLE WRAP
Our bubble wrap is totally biodegradable. Exposure to heat and moisture in landfill causes the polymers in this plastic to break down into particles that can be digested by microbes leaving behind no toxic residues. It can be argued that these biodegradable polyethylene polymers use substantially less fossil fuels in their production than bio-degradable PLA-based plant starch polymers, without diverting important agricultural and away from food production.
I do not live in the UK so can I still buy items from you?
Yes, although please note that shipping costs will be higher than our normal inland UK charges. Please enquire before you purchase.
Can I purchase an item as a gift and have it sent to another address?
Absolutely, we can even gift wrap your present in beautiful recycled wrapping. When your order is placed, you will have an option to enter any specific gift details, including the recipient's address and/or a personalised gift message. There will be a small, additional charge of £2.50 per item purchased. This special message will be despatched with the gift addressed to the person of your choice. We will post the receipt of the purchase to you for your records.
